12x24 Lean-to Storage Shed Plans
A large lean-to storage shed with double doors and a framed ramp. Each construction page pairs dimensioned drawings with a 3D assembly view.
Actual footprint: 288 x 144 in (24 x 12 ft)
Construction details to resolve: Check site bearing, drainage, frost, anchorage, floor and roof loads, wall bracing and connections. The flat door header requires capacity and end-connection design. Specify a manufacturer-approved covering for the 5-degree roof; the illustrated shingle pattern shows coverage only. Select weather-rated vents and compatible flashing, anchors and fasteners. Have these completed by a qualified local professional before cutting, building or loading. Both PDFs identify these requirements.
