Construction details to resolve: Check site bearing, drainage, frost and anchorage, floor and roof loads, wall bracing and connections for the intended location. Dry-fit the rafter seats and chosen hardware before final fixing. Have these completed by a qualified local professional before cutting, building or loading. Both PDFs identify these requirements.
